Cascina Adelaide Barolo Preda - 2006 (750ml) Palomino Still young and unevolvedDeep ruby red in color, youthful and bright. On the nose it shows a unique richness with plum and cherry, roses and violets, all completed with rich vanilla and chocolate. In the mouth Preda 2006 is thick, very thick, with ripe tannins which are characterized by a rare persistence. Delicious now, it will age for 20 well years. Winemaker's Notes
