Der Geschmack ist trocken und leicht bitter. Der Abgang lang, mild und intensiv. Der Wein ist ein fantastischer Aperitif, aber schmeckt auch exzellent zu Tapas, Schinken, Schalentieren, verschiedenen Fischgerichten und Ksesorten. Gekhlt ist der Wein am besten!
