A long term job, but our (angel's) patience was ultimately rewarded by Jean Louis. An iconic domain that produces barely 65,000 bottles, but even sets the standard of how and what Gevrey Chambertin can, may and should be. Jean Louis works ultra attentively and almost sensitively in the vineyard (including 3 Grand Crus and 2 Premier Crus) and in the cellar. From the first buds to
