Uriot from Amsterdam, who was active from 1816 to 1865. The servers are hallmarked with his maker's mark PLU, second grade silver mark, Minerva head, and year letter K for 1844. The end of both handles is decorated in a shell shape. The handles are also engraved in Biedermeier style. The salad servers are fitted with a knob that can be unscrewed.
