Esther González

Esther González Almela is a biologist, holding a PhD in Molecular Biosciences, specializing in virology from the Autonomous University of Madrid. Her work has led her to work in different research centers and universities such as the University of Oxford (United Kingdom), the Johannes Gutenberg University (Germany) and Guangzhou Regenerative Medicine and Health (China). Since 2019 she has specialized in the study of viruses using super-resolution microscopy and is currently a Marie Curie fellow at the National Center for Biotechnology (Madrid). Esther is a member of the China-Spain Research Network (RICE).
