Almudena Muñoz

Dr. Almudena Muñoz Gallego is a Teaching and Research Staff (PDI) member at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). She holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication (2014) and a PhD in Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, and Public Relations (2020), for which she was awarded the Extraordinary Doctorate Award in 2022. Her main lines of research focus on science communication and dissemination, narrative analysis of audiovisual language, production and direction of cultural and scientific formats, and the study of audiences, programming, and structure in public television media..
