Gina Torres

Gina is an urological surgeon with a European Board of Urology (EBU) qualification. She is an urologist from the University Hospital of Getafe, Madrid. She holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Universidad del Rosario, Bogotá, Colombia. Gina did her PhD at the University of Alcalá on the description of the results of the Spanish branch of the European Randomised Trial of Screening for Prostate Cancer (ERSPC; www.erspc.org). She has a Fellowship in Female and Functional Urology, as well as extensive experience in paediatric urology and urolithiasis (urinary tract stones). She currently works as an urologist at the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Hospital in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Gina is a member of several urological societies including the European Association of Urology (EAU), the EAU Section of Female and Functional Urology (ESFFU) and the Endourology Society, among others.
