To support international relations and cooperation among researchers and scientists, public and private organizations and agencies, from a global perspective in research, science and technology, thus promoting networking.

To share the experience and knowledge acquired  in the different research and science systems abroad, thus serving as an advisory body, channeling information and catalysing international and multidirectional relations in scientific matters with the objective of contributing to the progress of science and the improvement of the Spanish Science, Technology and Innovation environment.
